Joe Fariello

I have been in customer service-oriented businesses throughout my career. I believe in The Golden Rule, the principle of treating others as one would wish to be treated. My clients can expect honesty and integrity above all else.

As a REALTOR, the skills I feel are most important include communication, most importantly listening to the client's needs, but also the ability to convey what is heard to others. Next is negotiation, leading discussion aimed at reaching an agreement. Another essential skill is problem-solving. In real estate, every transaction is different, and problems do arise now and then. In problem-solving, it is important to address the issue immediately and find the best resolution. In the end, the goal is a successful closing for both the buyer and seller.

Crye-Leike Realtors is #1 in Tennessee and the Mid-South. We are the third largest independently-owned real estate company in the nation. As a member of the invitation-only group of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, I can help anyone, anywhere with their real estate needs.

I help people buying and selling real estate. I love what I do! How can I help you?
